This vital training equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle any medical emergency that may arise. WHAT TO WEAR & HOW TO PACK
Be sure to wear long pants with closed toe shoes. Bring a jacket, sunglasses and sunscreen. We have saddle bags attached to the saddle for water, phones or snacks. We do not allow backpacks on the ride. If you have any health conditions please detail this in your notes when booking. We have helmets available and all equipment you need for a comfortable experience will be provided.
